Zimbabwe Squad Confirmed For Unity Cup 2026

Zimbabwe have officially announced their 23-man squad for this month’s eagerly anticipated Unity Cup 2026 taking place at the hallowed turf of The Valley, home to Charlton Athletic FC, from May 26^th to May 30^th.

The Unity Cup, the premier international football tournament celebrating AfroCentric and global diaspora communities, is officially returning to its historic home – with the high-stakes African heavyweight rematch between Nigeria and Zimbabwe kicking off proceedings on Tuesday May 26^th.

The opening Semi-Final serves as a massive rematch following their intense 2025 CAF World Cup Qualifying encounters. With the memories of those hard-fought qualifiers still fresh, the Super Eagles and The Warriors will look to settle the score on neutral ground.

The second Semi-Final sees India take on Jamaica in an unmissable ‘Culture Clash’ on Wednesday May 27^th – a fixture that promises to be as much a spectacle in the stands as it is on the pitch.

Grand Finals day takes place on Saturday May 30th, with the Third-Place play off anticipated to kick off at 2.30pm – followed by the final at 7.30pm. The finals will deliver the same electric mix of entertainment and culture that defined the memorable 2025 event.
